Ebuck voucher not delivered

Ebucks order ***5 bought on the 3rd of Aug 2020 still not delivered to me. How long does this take. After numerous calls (I have spent more that R350 already on phone calls to try and resolve this issue) NO VOUCHER yet. I logged a call on the banking app, spoke to ebuck call centre, made phone calls being sent from pillar to post - no luck. I was asked to contact *** (already made 32 calls that just ring and not being answered)
