Eazy Zero Account not worth it.

I received an ewallet only for it to go into my Easy Zero account. I am now unable to access this money, as I have been told the account is on hold because i do not qualify for an easy zero account. What on earth? I have still not been able to access the money to date. Please receive your money through other channels and not FNB it is. It is not worth the hassle.
