easy zero card its useless

I have an Easy zero account which works weird, everytime i use it its a struggle. Now my daughter is stranded and was suppose to use it, as i put R490 on the 5th she cant. i called fnb my airtime got exhausted while holding, their app is the unfriendly i cant access it and when you call to enquire how to go about it , its like im dealing with clueless pipo, can someone call me on ***
