Easy Zero Account on hold

Please I would like to know after I make payment to cross boarder I was told that my money went to non exit local back while it didn't the person where I send money it reflect both payment which was R800 and later R1000 This money i was a ****med by that individual and out of no where I received a notification that my account has put on hold because of cross boarder that I made now I don't under why and how? How am I going to survive with account which is on hold and If I want to get help. I already lost that R1800 and I knew even I fill up reverse money it will be unsuccessful whereby I won't even waste my time and energy to waste money and do printing of form because it's won't work please FNB Is month end and I need help from people around to send me the little that I can get to buy food please take off my account from hold. And why it's have to be put on hold Why if money went through it never went to non exit local bank as you said. The person I send money to he received it even he ****med me Please am in bad state right now. I wrote several emails about this and no respond yet.
