Easy Zero Account
I am having bad horrible service with FNB Easy Account where i have transferred R200 into on Sept of 2024 then on Saturday 1st of February 2025 i had R1000 transferred to me it went to the Easy Zero account that is frozen and i am unable to access that money, i went to the FNB branch in Alex Mall for the same Query still don't get assistance logged a couple of Queries with FNB no assistance even today my money is Frozen and i need my money it is my money after all

14 Feb 2025, 10:20Good day My Query is still not resolved i was instructed to get an Affidavit for this matter which i did still no help from FNB cam i please have the money that is frozen in the Easy Zero be transferred i have emailed the document to a FNB employee by the name of Maemo Mokoko still nothing has been done
