Easy Zero Account

I sent my grandmother an eWallet and she could not withdraw the money because of the easy zero account which she didn't know about. I went to FNB In Jabulani mall on the 11-03-2025 to cancel it but they wanted her in person. She went the next day to cancel it but they told her they don't understand what she is talking about yet they do see there's an account under her ID which she says she does not know about and wants to cancel it. They did not cancel it for her and she said the lady who was assisting her was impatient with her. They easy zero account is still not cancel and we can't get they money on eWallet. I hate FNB for this. I'm canceling my account with them. If I'm going to send people eWallet and they can't get them because of the easy zero account, they don't even know about which I'll have to repay that money then I might as well leave that bank. It's total nonsense.
