Easy to take hard to return

What an experience. I have settled my loan with FNB and they still went and debited my account twice with the installment. I phoned them and they advised that it will be refunded back to me within 3-5 working days. It has been more than a week now and still nothing. I emailed *** no response from them either. Look like it's easy to take and hard to give back.
