Easy to get in, difficult to get out.

After trying on the APP and the WEB, on the 9th of March I called in to cancel my revolving loan account and was promised this would be done within 24hrs, not done. I then called in again on the 14th March to follow up and request again that this is cancelled, once again not done. Today I see that added to the fact that my request has not been attended, I am also being charged a fee for this account. I will definitely start looking elsewhere, FNB Private Banking service has just been getting worse and worse, I have given them enough opportunities over the years.
