Easy simplified banking

Oh wow I do not know where to begin last Friday I went to fnb park central branch to withdraw some cash only to find out that my Easy account has been frozen and I needed money urgently I had to travel somwhere, I met a lady outside Atms by the name of kgopotso she politely told to wait a minute for her to finish with the customer she was assisting at that point in time, within no time she attended to me I must say I learned alot from kgopotso she taught me how to navigate my banking app to look for communication sent by the bank since my account was on hold indeed there was communication sent to me to update my tax information even though the system was on and off that Friday she was extremely patient and managed to show me how to update my tax information on the app further more she taught me how to check my credit status, track my spend and smart budget I can gladly say I can now manage my banking app better because of her. Well done kgopotso you made my banking experience much easier and efficient
