Easy home loan application process

I recently app**** for a second bond on my property. Going through a home loan process is usually hell since I'm pretty much always being discriminated against for being self-employed.

I can however say that this was my FIRST painless experience with regards to applying for a home loan. I've had home loans at 4 different institutions before (one of them being FNB), and this was the first application that went through without any issues or going back and forth and got approved first time. I can't think of a single suggestion of how they could have handled this process better.
