Easy account is a ****

I regret opening an account with FNB,I went to FNB to open a savings account was given an easy account consultant told me okay mam the account comes with a sim not explaining that R60 would be debited monthly from my savings boom come month end R60 is taken from my account went to the bank to fix the issue Indian guy who assisted me gave me a form to sign assuring me it's sorted okay fine boom R36 Rand debited when I transfer money into the easy account from my Capitec acc called the bank the so called lady who claim to be a manager over the phone told me that was charged for the services rendered to me when I was assisted to stop that R60 for that top up that was given to me without explaination for Gods sake I don't even need their data.your employees are so *********** I even explain to that lady that this account will be my savings account not to be used for daily transactions but wow every month R60 hve to be taken from the account .worse part last month they did not take that R60 after the so called manager promised that it have been fixed.your easy account is a night mare how can u save while every month money have to be taken from your sufficient funds .your employees don't care about customers they only care of what they benefit from us.just transferred my savings bck to my Capitec account after waking up to R60 taken from my account after they claim it's sorted .I really regret approaching FNB for a savings account
