EASTGATE branch - Absolutely pathetic

This is the most pathetic bank in the industry and I regret that I moved my accounts to this pathetic bank. Especially their Eastgate branch - they employ *********** people, extremely arrogant, no knowledge of their work, no service and even the bank manager has no interest in addressing these problems. Their ATM's are PERMANENTLY out of order!! After numerous attempts to address the problems, even after calling their customer complaints department in Head Office, NOTHING gets done to solve the problems at this branch. STAY AWAY!!
