The bank **********ly opened a bank account to a Malawian person in my name in September 2020. During November / December that year 4000 euro, ( approx R72000 ) of my Dutch Stippen " afkoop " pension was deposited and retrieved by the ******* the same day. All my phone calls and visits to the bank the last 2 years proved futile as they closed this case. The bank had a picture of the ******* when he withdrew the money from the bank without proper identification. You need your i.d to do this, isn't it. The Dutch pension fund wants nothing to do with this case as they put the blame on the bank.
