Easier to buy a car than increase an FNB overdraft

App**** for an increase in my overdraft on the 11th August, 15 days later and it is still not processed. I have the accepted agreement in my document vault yet validations has not provided feedback and it has been escalated over 8 times. I have full correspondence on secure chat.
