Ease my burden

Please advice if it's possible to print a statement for the past 7 days from my phone instead of going to the bank for one. I don't want to pay fees unnecessary. Maybe there is another way to resolve my problem instead of me going to Checkers to resolve the double debit from my account. I was there on Sunday and I've selected the scan to pay iption. It showed on my phone that it went through, put the lady at the till said it didn't, because if it went through the slip would've printed out. I therefore had to pay by swiping my card. I've paid R1,180.69 twice for the same transaction from my credot card. Please advice how this can be resolved without me going to the store with a statement.
