Early deductions negatively costing me

Please may the bank call me on ***! I am tired of these early deductions which I told the bank of my new salary date in December already! You guys keep taking the monthly account fee on the 25th still and it’s negatively affecting my account. Every month I’m lodging the same complaint. Please give back my R337.00 that now charged unfairly to me again this month. I now will lodge a banking ombudsman complaint , maybe my request will be taken seriously
