Early deduction of Student loan installment

FNB Student Loan department deducted my installment on 16 December 2015 a full 10 days before the date on my \stop order"(26th). This was done without notifying me before-hand and without my permission. When I contacted the call centre the excuse was that it \"" was normal practise for December\"" and they claimed to have sent me an SMS notification"
