Early deduction

A bank that is supposed to be " Helping me" decides to deduct a premium for my policy on the 23rd when my payday is the 25th ( which happens to be a normal working day for this month of September)

The premium is only 46.00 however because they decided to debit my account before my payday I gained a penalty of 110.00. this is not the 1st time by the way.

I really do not see how you are helping me.

Please cancel that policy, because you are in the rush to collect the premium and don't care how it affects me and refund me that 110.00.

I didn't ask you to debit me on the 23rd and I was not even notified about the early deduction.
