Early December debit my ass

I got a notification last week regarding early debit order dates however I don't know when I'm going to be getting paid therefore I contacted the chat service. I was told by Kamo that we have passed the date to make debit order adjustments but if I get debited to then request a refund. First of all, the notification did not mention a dead line and secondly how do you people know when I'm getting paid if I don't even know!!! Do you people work for my company???

I agreed for my loans to be debited on a specific date and not on a date that you people feel is sufficient!

Keep my debit orders on the date I agreed to in my contact! I don't change things when I need to so you people can't do it either
