Early debits

I have 3 policies with fnb, fnb funeral, fnb life n a life cover with the bank which always debits the 1st of every month. This month they decided to debit me on the 16 of December i dont know for what reason. Fine, i logged a debit order dispute on the 17th via secure chat and stated debit order date should remain the same as am getting paid month end in December aswell. I made a follow on monday the 21st of December and they told me they escalating it another follow up made on the 22 and again today but they busy telling me they escalating. Fnb took my money before time. Money that was meant for other things. Its December now and not yet paid and need every money I can get. Its been a week now busy running after my money.
