Early Debit without permission

<p>Fnb debited my cheque account 10days early without notifications or my permission. They've done this before and I have a letter of apology from them in that instance. There is also a note on my student loan account which states that they should not deduct any funds before the agreed due date. So it seems Fnb's apologies and undertakings mean nothing. I want my money returned today or I'll initiate legal action. All their call centers are also closed for business. I'm forced to give a star rating I wish there were minus stars.</p>
