Early debit orders without consent
I am very disappointed with FNB as all my debit orders with them where deducted today without my consent. My salary is only going to be paid end December and have I not been contacted by FNB to inquire if they may deduct my debit orders early.
I am upset as now most of the debit orders will reflect on insufficient funds, and who will pay those extra bank costs. I have contacted FNB and their only response to me was, that it is not yet reflecting therefore they cannot reverse the already deducted debit orders so they cannot stop the rest that still need to deduct,
I am very very disappointed with FNB
