Early debit orders with no resolution
I had debit orders taken off my account on 15/12 doe credit agreements I have with FNB.
But the debit order dates are set for 30/12 - this is not on as I have yet recieved my salary.
I was contacted on 18/12 - and was told that the money will be put back in my account that day but yet I have not received those funds back, I phone customer service to be informed that another debit order has been placed on my account for this time of the month.
Please tell me what is going on as I was once a satisfied customer and now I am considering moving all of my accounts to a different bank.
