Early Debit orders in December

Early Debits in December saw me in a most uncomfortable position. I got debited on the 15the of December and my salary date is the 21st. Two debits of more than 8500. I tried to call the call centers to change the dates back to the normal banking dates but no one attended. Not only were the institutions like Sanlam personal loans and Direct Axis involved here, they are all from the same group. I am supposed to be a private wealth customer, but no resolution. I have to live with the situation which have put me in a hugely uncomfortable position. I started talking to my private banker Damane, Nqobile <***> to no avail. I was educated in FNB's Processes and red tape with SLA's that meant that the banking staff could walk away from my situation. I got through to Direct Axis today and had to talk to 3 agents for 30 minutes on my account. Nothing came from it, only more process with SLA's.
