Early debit orders

So FNB went and debit my account yesterday. Busy questing it with the team of bankers online chat. The person by the name of Tracey Tshabalala tells me I have accept the charge fee of R50. Why should I pay if FNB bank the guns and debited my account. She says terms and conditions says early debit will run due to early salary payments; that's fine I'm not disagreeing with that. I AM NOT PAID YET. WHY THEN SHOULD I PAY R50 FOR YOUR MISTAKES FNB??? WHY???

I told Tracey Tshabalala that I'm only accepting the charge now to get my money back but I will still take it up with FNB. She just went mute on me. So after all I'm not even getting help from the so called "How can help" ****y slogan
