EARLY DEBIT ORDER TAKEN. USELESS BANK!!!!

Am so upset now with fnb and they are not so inconsiderate to their clients. FNB just deducted a loan instalment on the 15th from funds which are not even from my salary and am not even paid for the month of DEC . I have chatted with their consultant explaining my personal matter that I am very ill and need my money back urgently into to my account so I can go consult with a doc and was told it would be reserve in 24hours still nothing and I am sitting here coughing like a dog while these people are sitting with my money. I need my money now and CLOSE YOUR STUPID ACCOUNT I WILL GO BANK MY MONEY SOMEWHERE. i signed up for this debit order to go off on the 26 now is only the 15th. These people have put my life at risk for their selfish needs.

Still waiting for your relevant department to provide feedback on that early debit order. The fact that we have trusted you with our monies doesn't give you the right to do as you please.
