EARLY DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTIONS

Early debit orders without consent

I am very disappointed with FNB as my debit order with them where deducted today without my consent. I have I not been contacted by FNB to inquire if they may deduct my debit order early. I am upset as now most of my debit orders will reflect on insufficient funds, and who will pay those extra bank costs. And the ****** that they are the payment don't even reflect under debit orders to lodge an dispute. The debit order as agreed will run on the 25th of each month. Why were I not informed about this early debit order deduction. I can see that this trend have been running on a lot of their customers accounts. This is ****************. I will also report this to the OMBUDSMAN as this is a really poor practice on such a professional business. As a loyal customer I am very very disappointed with FNB.

This morning I received a call and they promised to reverse the debit order. The incompetence of your consultants is beyond me. The wrong debit order was reversed. I have explitely told her the debit order for the 25th of every month needs to be reversed. Words fail me now.
