Earl Liesering - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I am horrified and frustrated by the fact that Earl Liesering, who is the FNB Manager for Thrifty Car Rental does not reply to any of the numerous emails that I and the employees of the mentioned business have sent him. It is PURE ARROGANCE AND PATHETHIC service on his side.

From the 9th of September I am waiting for him to release 3 holding deposits, that are even not that much, to be released. There is no reply or explanation from his side as to WHY the money is not released. He just doesn't care AND if he is UNAVAILABLE WHY is there not someone else to do his work? Who is his superior that allows him to carry on the why he does? Surely there must be a measure of accountability from Earl's side??

I WANT EARL LIESERING TO RELEASE THE R6 000.00 that I have been waiting for since August, and might I add that the one R2 000.00 is outstanding since March 2000.

PATHETHIC!!!
