I had an FNB account many years ago. FNB had committed ***** and I had to report them to NCC. The issue was resolved and all accounts were closed. Now the problem is that each time I receive ewallet, the text pop up on the app instead of my number as a text with a pin. I had to fight that for 10 days before it was attended accordingly. Now I’m having the same problem where I just receive money from ewallet and it the notification it only showing on the app but nothing on my number.
