I am at the point of taking my business elsewhere. I have been doing both personal and business banking with FNB now since about 2012. I have investments as well as a proper running business account with no loans or even overdrafts. But I do not have a consistent banker who assists me with information or any facilities when i needed them. The latest insult to injury since it has now taken me this long to decide to find another bank, is the whole issue with them taking time to grant me a part loan in the purchasing of a commercial property and giving unreasonable conditions before the loan can be granted. Then the seller of the property decides to cancel the sale of her property(through some ******** practices), they want to charge me crazy cancelation costs when they have done absolutely nothing! the money was not even disbursed yet but i have to pay them R75000!! for what exactly?!! I am disappointed at their awful treatment and will no longer be keeping my business and personal accounts with them! i don’t care what their contracts said, this is unfair and crazy practice! Never mind the fact that I paid the attorneys they appointed to do the transfer on their side about R46000 for this transaction!! I am Gatvol!!
