E-Wallet withdrawal

Complaint against FNB Brooklyn mall Pretoria.

Made an ewallet withdrawal, while the transaction was busy the ATM went in recovery mode..I never received my cash. Went in the bank and they refused to check the ATM. They cannot or will not confirm that I will get my cash back. I find it unacceptable..This is also not the first time their ATMs does not work properly.

Ref they gave me : ***8..and told me I have to wait..why could they not investigate their ATM immediately?
