E-WALLET WITHDRAWAL

On the 04 May 2025 round 14h00, I was at Chris Hani Mall, withdrawing E-wallet at FNB ATM, I did everything then I waited for my cash that I withdraw. Then the ROLLER DOOR closed while I'm still waiting for my money. I waited nothing happened. Then I quickly went to the branch and explain what happened, then the lady she tried to call unfortunately that department was closed and she gave the numbers to phone.

Monday (05 May 2025) I called them and i got the reference number: ***3 and they said I must wait 48hrs of which I did. Monday again i called for the follow up of my claim, then I got another reference number: FHM22LZ. even now I have not received my money.
