E-wallet USSD NOT WORKING

I received funds from a loan company via ewallet. I tried *120*277# to retrieve my pin and received an error message. I have been unable to retrieve my funds from the 21st of June 2025. Branch agents have tried every method but were unsuccessful. Cell C has checked my settings. There are no issues. I have actual airtime so that isn't the problem. Is there no other way to retrieve my pin. *120*321# isn't working either.
