E- Wallet *******

I recently sent a e wallet transaction of R250 to a cell number. The recipient only received R200. I called a help desk , they said the recipient must call a *120*277 number to get a pin to get the balance. It was done , but there would be a R11,30 charge, which I have already paid as the sender. So how can it be deducted from the R50 and be received from the ATM !!!. I called another so called' help desk '. They said it would R60 charge to reverse the transaction!!!!. Who in their right mind would pay that !!!!. It should be known as LNB - LAST NATIONAL BANK. Always the only ATM that's offline at the malls. And the slogan ' how can we help you ' , well, I don't think they can , or want to .
