E-WALLET REVERSAL FAILURE WITH FNB

I am trying to reverse monies that I transferred to e-wallet! I called this morning and i was advised that it will cost R50 to reverse MY MONEY! i opted out as I just got employment and every cent counts! so the FNB telephone agent stated that I should use the telephone application which is R13...I tried again this afternoon but I do not see the options. i call the call centre, the gentlemen who answered sounded very bored with helping me! He couldnt help me and transferred to another lady who couldnt help and wanted to transfer me back to the first gentleman's department!!! Really FNB!!!!!! I want to reverse MY MONIES from e-wallet and I am getting the run around! pathetic!

FNB, thank you for acknowledging my complaints, for confirming reference numbers etc, but I would be great to have a resolve to this ewallet reversal, which should be easy peasy for the bank I once held in high esteem !!! Does it take 2 and half days to resolve this query and to top it all I am charged for your delayed resolve?!!!!
