E-wallet not reflecting 4 days after it was originally sent

On the 27th of April I was sent an e-wallet, I received the sms to notify me that it was received. When I went to withdraw the funds on the 1st of May the money did not reflect. I contacted the person who sent the funds and they sent proof that it did go off their bank and was sent to the correct cell number and it was never reversed back to their account. I can not think that it can take 4 days for an e-wallet to reflect. The funds are not in my e-wallet account, were definitely deducted from the sender's account, and were definitely not sent back to the sender's account so where is the money FNB?
