E-wallet nightmare
FNB e-wallet was a blessing when coming to e-wallet but now it has became a nightmare. Why is it still called cardless transaction when recipients are forced to have a card to access the money . What is the point then if you are required to have a card , why is it cardless? very disappointing to think FNB was a pioneer with cardless technology now other banks surpassed and offer better cardless services. I have sent someone an e-wallet now they cannot access the money and told to have a card. Lord! the regret in me now it is my problem to ensure they get the money.
