E-WALLET FUNDS NEVER SUFFICIENTLY AVAILABLE

Why does FNB NEVER have sufficient notes when I attempt to withdraw money sent to me. When someone transfers R100 to me then I can only draw R50 and there is NEVER more available. I have tried at various ATMs and every time there is an issue. FNB is *****ing money from the less fortunate commuties that sc**** every bit of money they can to make ends meet. This is very disappointing and really a cause for concern for consumers.
