E-wallet Dispute

I am currently experiencing the worst service from FNB Mall of The South with regards to their Ewallet service. As a potential FNB client, after this experience I have no desire to engage with the brand. I logged an ATM query following a failed ewallet withdrawal, I was advised that the problem would be resolved within 3 working days after having to go physically into the branch to log the problem. I patiently waited those 3 working days following their due process, on the 4th day I decided to go back to the branch as I had received no further communication, only to be told that nothing had been done on my case. Between the service consultant, the manager and the contact center there was uncer*****y as to what initial process to be followed was. I was then abruptly told that it would take a further 14 working days to resolve this matter seeing as the initial request fell into a black whole. I suggested that the ewallet transaction atleast then be reversed to the source and was told that it couldn't be done. Those funds belong to someone and for them to just tell me that I have to wait another 14 days without so much as an apology, is disappointing to put it mildly.
