E-WALLET DEPARTMENT, PATHETHIC AND DOOMED CONSULTANTS

Good day

On Tuesday morning I called the FNB to enquire about my refund and I was told the refund should take about 24-48 hours that was Tuesday so at least the refund should by Friday at least but nothing happened. Today when I called I spoke to the lady by the name of Charity who mentioned to me nothing has been done by the Administrator ,so basically they never escalated the matter to the next department. How long does is take for this FNB to do my refund.

So FNB is failing to do my refund ,the Reference number *** for the call.
