E-wallet

I have sent a request to get my money back from an e-wallet that I sent to one of my workers as they were unable to obtain same. The email was sent to FNB with all the relevant documentation on the 2nd of November 2021 and yes believe it or not to date still no correspondence and the matter has still not been sorted. First National Bank is a division of useless banking please guys do not do business with them you will literally die, we wait and see if our monies will ever be refunded.
