E Wallet

I have 2 FNB e wallets. 1 is a normal FNB account and the other is Hollywood pro account. I use the same credentials for both the accounts. A few days ago I randomly went through my FNB e wallet account and was shocked by what I saw... I had R2500 winnings from my Hollywood account and withdrew it from spar. Now my FNB (not the Hollywood) account is on negative because of FNB's mix up. I went to jubilee mall and on the FNB system it shows that I have R1.50 on the normal wallet and my phone shows a negative R2498.50. It also shows that my account has not been used in a while yet I received cash on the 1st of October 2021.

I was then put on a call.

My Hollywood account shows me R1 balance and the call I was put through shows a positive balance of R2500. Their story is that the funds were mixed up and I should withdraw from the Hollywood and deposit to the normal FNB account.

I receive money via FNB every month on the 20th and expecting it tomorrow. Since the branch failed to help resolve this problem, what is going to happen tomorrow after receiving my monthly e wallet? I really don't know what to do
