E-Commerce Merchant Account Application-No Service

We are online computer service company,we need a E-Commerce Merchant Account in order to receive money from online where customers paid money. We have communicated with Setcom(who is offering Credit Card payment from Online), they said we must get E-Commerce Merchant Account Number from FNB first before customer can pay money from Credit Card(VISA,MASTER CARD) ! I have already complete application for e-commerce merchant account!! i have sent many time to required address from application [Email Removed] ! And i have been waiting for more than half month! i didn't get any reply yet!! There is a guy said they wanna come visit us for ***** Training,but they never show up!!Until 16th/Nov/2015, i receive only reply from [Email Removed] ! They said our application is unsuccessful, but didn't indicates why? if i miss some of paper or document you need, you can let me know first before reject my application!! This department from FNB is wasting my time!!Disappointed with FNB!!! This as*****t department from Ecommerce Merchant Account department, they are not respecting customers, and not respect internet!!
