E-Bucks voucher can't be accessed on RMB app
Over 67 000 EBucks were converted to a Take-A-Lot voucher on the RMB app. After various calls RMB can't tell me where to find the voucher, EBucks continuously stay they'll phone me back as they don't have access on the system and Take-a-Lot can't assist with the ref nr on the RMB app.
