EBucks..This is not on!! A re adjustment after clients change behavior patterns to adjust to the annual change. Taking away rewards for banking functions and pushing an agenda for life insurance products. You now prejudice the older client market who either does not require or qualify for life insurance products. Shame on eBucks for now making it more or less impossible to get to level 5. Is this how you treat your loyal customers. This is a two-way street. Customer Loyalty and Bank Loyalty toward customers. You are failing your customers with this dirty trick, and I now question my 30-year loyalty as an FNB customer if you can stoop so low to ***** your eBucks clients (which pay a monthly fee to be a member) then what other dirty tricks do you have up your sleeve to detriment clients. This trap of luring in clients over the years and once you have them start to put the squeeze on them to coerce them to try and buy products is not going to do you any favors at all. Shame on you and the "bright sparks" that dreamed up the latest con!!!
