E-Bucks still not fixed

I was informed on 15 July that my Ebucks issue has been resolved and my Ebucks level will be adjusted to level 5 as well as the correction on for payout for July will be recalculated on level 5. It's now been more than 5-7 working days and it's still not fixed and keep on getting Smart Spend on Level 4. Do you have IT issues?
