E-Bucks , Personal loan dissatisfied

I've been banking with this bank for all my life from tertiary more than 20 years however when I needed them the most they always declined my requests ..Home loan, personal loan & Car finance ..

I recently app**** for a consolidation loan it was approved then I get an sms saying it has been declined ...prior to that I haven't been receiving my ebucks rewards for the past due which was also their fault however they still haven't rectified it months later..

I need to find another bank suitable for my needs ,,,I loved the innovative way banking provided by them however i cannot bank with them if they cannot meet my needs anymore .
