e-bucks issue still not resolved

Despite my previous complaint on here my issue is still not resolved.

I have an issue with not receiving any e-bucks for fuel purchases at Engen according to their earnings model.

I did receive some phone calls regarding my posting but was unable to take these calls. However, they did not leave any name and number for me to contact them back and they have now stopped contacting me. If I had these details I certainly would have called back as I desperately want this issue resolved.

Obviously someone now thinks they have done their job to try and contact me and I am still on square one.

Come on FNB. Why do I have to complain in this forum just to get a simple issue resolved ?
