E-BUCKS IS A JOKE

I have been earning E-bucks every time I swiped my card at Engen Garage right up till July 2023. From August 2023 I stopped earning E-Bucks points using Engen Garages. I then contacted E-bucks in January 2024 only to be told by the assistant that my car is not loaded on Nav-igate Life, which does not make sense because prior to August I have been earning, nonethe less I then proceeded to add my vehicle on Navi-gate life.

According to my understanding of earning E-bucks I swipe my card at any of the service providers that offer E-bucks like Clicks, Checkers and Engen irrespective of what car or whose car I am driving as long as I swipe my card (by the way , I only use my vehicle).

What is also so disturbing is that I get messages from E-bucks telling me that I could have paid for my petrol using my E-bucks points...Like really but they have the audacity not to give me my points when I am swiping at Engen Garage.

I receive a call today from the same assistant ( Robin Lang) and still sticks to his story that I only loaded my vehicle on the 11 January 2023 where he asked me to do so when I queried my points from Last year August to toaday.

Apparently E-Bucks department cannot issue mw with my E-bucks statement from inception of E-bucks......WHAT A JOKE
