E-BUCKS FRUSTRATIONS!!

This is now our ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT......

We have been struggling to get our e-bucks transferred form our previous partner in business' name to our own name. We started a company Oct 2014 and our business partner at the time opened the account, in his own name and my husband's- who is the majority shareholder. We bought the partner out in July 2015.

SINCE THEN we struggled to carry over the e-bucks and have the account owner renamed to my husbands details.

We spoke to various consultants, went into branch, Cape gate and Hypermarket...call center agents, etc. Each of them having their own version of what needed to be done in order to solve this irritation...

We dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's and still NO HELP AT ALL.

This is insanity and again proves to me why we never, ever considered FNB as a service provider. Thus far we accumulated R1300 in E-bucks, which isn't buckets full, but being a principle thing, I feel very agitated right now.

Please provide us with an EFFICIENT solution, quicker than 6 months.. :(
